Your Role as Junior Sommelier (m/f/d):

As a Junior Sommelier, you will:

• Assist the Senior Sommelier in providing outstanding wine experiences for our guests.
• Help the Head Waiter and the Service Team to deliver a seamless meal.
• Support the preparation and execution of food and wine service during dining.
• Help maintain the wine cellar and inventory.
• Contribute to creating memorable dining moments by delivering attentive and professional service.

Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:

• Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional languages like Portuguese, German, or Spanish are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Passion and Curiosity: A genuine love for wine and food pairing, with a strong desire to grow and learn in the field.
• Education and Certification: Diploma of Wine School/Academy (ASI, WSET...)
• Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and engaging personality with the ability to connect with guests.
• Detail Orientation: A commitment to accuracy and professionalism in service.
• Team Spirit: Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
