Position Overview:

• Working Hours: Enjoy a flexible 4-day work week, giving you more time to explore and unwind

What We’re Looking For:

• Lead the overall success of the wine programme at Lignum with creativity and precision
• Be a central figure in delivering exceptional wine service and enhancing the guest experience
• Collaborate with senior team members to continuously refine service standards and offerings
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to curate a dynamic, profitable wine list
• Demonstrate expertise by guiding and motivating the team toward daily goals and performance targets
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills to connect with guests and elevate their dining experience
• Cultivate strong, personalised guest relationships — essential in a setting with a high rate of returning clientele
• Bring a dynamic, proactive spirit and a genuine passion for wine and hospitality to the role
