We are looking for a Sommelier (m/f/d) to join our team and be part of a project that offers clients an exclusive and distinctive experience. If you aspire to be part of a service with a unique identity, Bomfim 1896 with Pedro Lemos is your home too.

Your Role as Sommelier (m/f/d):

• Create and update the wine list, in coordination with the Chef
• Recommend food and wine pairings
• Inform customers about the different varieties and prices of wine and provide advice according to the customer's personal taste and the chosen dish.
• Support the team in preparing the service
• Manage and control beverage stocks
• Comply with defined procedures, policies and standards
• Ensure the satisfaction of all customers and contribute to their loyalty

Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:

• Professional training in the area of ​​Catering/Beverages or similar
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sommelier
• WSET Wine Qualification
• Good knowledge of English (other languages ​​will be valued)
• Good presentation
• Ability to organize and execute tasks
• Customer Focus
• I like teamwork
• Flexible working hours and availability to work weekends
